The check-in staff displayed a pleasant demeanor and strive to. Ample hot water with good pressure.

Parking lots and common areas needed cleaning and maintenance.

I appreciated the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Spotless rooms provided with ac, all the amenities, a jacuzzi.

The smell in the hotel could be fresher!!! Having no office chair in the room is puzzling and inconvenient!!! A more proactive approach to room amenities would enhance the experience!!!

Very friendly staff. Was very impressed with Charles the Airport shuttle driver. he was smiling and helpful at 5:45 am when my coffee hadn't kicked in yet.My wife works housekeeping for a Wyndam resort and was impressed with how clean the room was. Will definetly stay here again

The venue was a bit outdated, even so I loved its great staff and food. Overall the staff was helpful and respectful. A well appointed and friendly hotel, my first choice in Charlotte.

The bathroom was very small, I didn't like it.

The room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for the airport. Wi-Fi was fast 👍

The front staff were very nice and smiled a lot.

The bathrooms had mold in the shower, stained toilets and dust was thick on the top of the headboards.

Very convenient to the Billy Graham Library where we attended a concert by The Gaithers.

What a letdown!

So I checked in and my room doesn't have an office chair, kinda ridiculous for a business stay. They're just gone now because folks were moving them around? Really? I had to make due with the bed for desk space, and it was uncomfortable. The breakfast options were decent, tho. Just skip this place for business trips.

The morning desk clerk called and received permission to take me to the airport as the shuttle driver failed to arrive in time and almost made me miss my flight. She had wonderful customer service skills and really went above and beyond for me.

Asked for a 4:30am Shuttle to make my flight at the airport, the shuttle driver never showed and the desk clerk finally took me to the airport at 5:15am after checking in and getting through security I had enough time to run to my gate. Make sure if you are flying you have an alternate way to the airport planned as you may be stranded without a nice desk clerk.

Disliked the hotel entirely

Pool was in disrepair and dangerous with broken or frayed tiles that could cut you, smelly rooms with dirty rugs, poor television quality, broken doors on the outside and keys did not work to get in.....

I really enjoyed my time at this well-appointed and well-equipped hotel.

I found the Sleep Inn to have a friendly and cute atmosphere. The staff at check-in were super helpful, and the airport shuttle service made my travel hassle-free. The queen room was spacious, and the bed was cozy with nice bedding. I noticed several maintenance issues that needed attention. The desk chair in my room wouldn't stay in the upright position, and some fixtures in the bathroom looked broken. Breakfast had a decent selection, but when I got there late, they had run out of many items and weren't quick to restock them. It felt frustrating, especially after a long flight. Despite the minor inconveniences, the comfortable overall experience stood out, but the hotel could significantly improve in upkeep and breakfast service.
